I just took Channing to his first day of Kindergarten. He was so excited and just walked right in, found a seat, and waved me off. I am very excited for him and know that he is ready for this next step, but I still may have shed a few tears as I walked away. He has been my best bud for the past 5 years. How quickly the years go by!! He is becoming such a mature, independent, energetic, and confident kid.

1st Day
I just took Channing to his first day of Kindergarten. He was so excited and just walked right in, found a seat, and waved me off. I am very excited for him and know that he is ready for this next step, but I still may have shed a few tears as I walked away. He has been my best bud for the past 5 years. What?! This handsome little guy is already in kindergarten? How does time do this to us! He looks like he's set with his backpack and everything. He's got great parents to support him. :)
