We saw my parents off at the airport and said our tearful goodbyes. They are headed back to live in Russia and serve in the Eastern European Area Presidency for a few years. We have enjoyed living close to them over this past year and we will miss them dearly. They are such a positive influence in our lives and in the lives of so many. Do svidaniya!
(I wrote a post on your blog yesterday...I thought, aparently it disappeared. But here's what I wrote:)
We were TOTALLY doing the same thing with my parents yesterday! It's so neat and Crazy that our parents will be working together in Russia, of all places. I'm hoping your parents can give my parents a few pointers, they're a bit nervous for their new life in Moscow.
What a touching post! Our prayers will be with them as they start another chapter in Russia. Looks like you'll have to make sure your 4 cute kids are русский говорящий so that you can pay a visit to Moscow sometime!! :)
All the best to them--the are such great people. They will certainly do amazing things.
